Text- and Line spacing is larger when upgrading from SL2 to SL360

Hi, same issue here. Can you please share the fix/solution to this problem?
I need to convert many projects from 3 to 360, ticking "modern text" and I'm getting mad. Line spacing and boxes are different and it seems that I should fix manually each text box.

Sorry, you've hit the same issue! 

I see that in Dorte's case the files were upgraded initially from Storyline 2, and the text boxes that were causing trouble were also inside a shape. Does that match what you're seeing?  We'll keep you posted here with any news on this. 

If not, could we get a look at your project file?

I'm converting a project from 3 to 360 and when I'm ticking "modern text" all texts modify and spacing is different. The project is huge and I cannot fix all text boxes manually. Please can you give me a solution? Thanks.

Don't use Modern text slight changes are expected when. moving to modern text. You may also want to submit a support case so they can investigate this.

Classic text in my project is not working fine in all browsers. That's why I'm converting from 3 to 360...

The issue reported on behalf of Dorte above is still open with our team. Here is some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

The issue is specific to text in shapes and when upgrading from Storyline 2, so it sounds like you may be experiencing a different issue.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

I'm sorry that you're seeing text in random shapes take more space when upgrading a Storyline 2 course.

It is still an open issue, but we promise to update this discussion if anything changes.
