Text box changes format

Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing those screenshots. It looks like the first box is a bit more compressed than the second one.

• Were both instances of the course launched from Moodle?
• Does resizing the window help at all, or does it stay the same?
• Are you seeing the same issue in multiple browsers?

I'm not sure why there would be differences if the original course was being viewed from the same LMS. We'd be happy to test your file and see if we can replicate the issue using the link below.

The weird thing is that when I looked at the storyline file, the box had been compressed, when back in December it was fine... That is very odd. No one touched this file.

Yes, I'm seeing the same issue in multiple browswers. 

Another module has this issue as well. Module was save back in Dec 2019 (all text boxes are fine) and published in March 2020.  Now, the text box is compressed. So what happened between Dec and March for this to happen, when no one touched that file?
