This is the file, the text is located in a slide previous to the "Test". Today i've tested in another computer different from the one i've worked this file and it shows all the characters but the two computers has the same fonts and the only difference is windows xp (in wich the text fails) and windows 7 (in wich not).
I'm not able to reproduce the missing text on my end, but I'm only able to test it on Windows 7 for now. One thing you may want to check before having our support team test it for you, is to make sure your system's DPI is set to 96.
I've checked the windows XP and is at 96 dpi (the windows 7 is too at that value)
In the Ipad, it shows Ok. I'll check anoter computers and if its wrong, i'll send the file. I don't want to saturate your support guys, i'm a very bit loud
Sounds good, Juanjo. Let us know how it goes. And don't worry about being the "squeaky wheel" If there's something going on with the software, it's important to us that we know about it.
