text box issue

Hello everybody,

Me and my team are using Storyline for several years now. We use to deal with many problems (I can make a list in a further post if you don't know how to improve your software) especially when it comes to customize the slides.

We made a master for each slide but when I copy-paste a text box, it looses its formatting (font type and color). Same problem if I create a text box with the "text box tool" under "insert".

Then when I want to delete the copied-pasted box, it automatically creates a new empty text box, probably from the master, but this not the case if the text box was created with the text box tool.

Can you explain how to avoid this ? And what is this logic about ?
