How do I change the default format in text boxes and shapes? The default text size is 25pt. I can change the font size to 14 (which is what the client wants) but the size of the bullet is still 25pt and I can't figure out how to change it. I've tried decreasing the % of text but that doesn't work either.
Are you unable to use the "set as default" option mentioned at the bottom of this article? Also if you set the text font size prior to inserting the bullets or any text, that should carry over to your bullets as well.

When I right-click, I am not getting a contextual menu that includes that option. Does the solution referenced in the article only work for shapes and not text boxes?
Solved--by closing SL2 completely and reopening the projects. Now I get the same menu as you upon right-clicking, including the option to "set as default text box." Thank you so much for your involvement.

which version are you using. I've recorded a quick video of how it works in SL2
SL2. I am going through the exact same steps as you; I just don't get the same menu upon right-clicking. I get the one I attached in my initial post.
Hi Susan are you on the latest update of SL2 update 11? Can you upload the slide where this is happening?
