I am having issues with the text formatting. It looks normal as I am publishing, when I preview in Storyline all of the text is changed to Times New Roman and all the "f"s and some "I"s are missing. When it is published to our LMS the text is in the correct font, but all the "f"s and some "I"s are missing with some random spacing issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, copied the text into notepad nothing is working.
IS this the same case if you open a new project? Also, did you manually type the text o copied and paste it on the project? What was the original font style you use before publishing it? If it is okay, i would like to take a look at your project file.

I had a co-worker look at the file and it looked normal. I think it may be in my computer settings, but I don't know where to look.

You can try looking at the design font from the Design tab. Please see screenshot:
