Text disappeared when preview - storyline 360 Jul 22, 2019 By Dror K Hi all, In the last few day i experience some unusual bugs in storyline 360. When i press the play button on the timeline the text in the right shape transform to gibberish or disappeared. I'm adding a video as an example. I tried to change font but it doesn't help. Thanks 😊

I’d like to ask a few questions to dig a little deeper: Are you only seeing this in preview mode? Are you working locally or from a network drive? Are you updated to the latest version of Storyline? I don’t see a video attached as you mentioned. Do you mind sharing that, as well as a .story file if you feel comfortable? You can also share it privately with our Support Engineers here.
