I have inserted a screencast using Try Mode. On one slide, the user needs to type:
amazon "best buy"
using those quotation marks. When I test it, typing exactly what I typed during recording, I always get the Incorrect/Try Again message. If I take out the quotes in the Correct Answer and my text entry, it seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? The marks are critical for the software I am simulating. Thank you!
Yeah, that is fast approaching! I don't have any more specific information on when the update will be ready, but I'll be sure to update this thread as soon it is. You can also subscribe to our Word of Mouth to receive updates on everything Articulate. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

Hi Rebecca!
There's good news and there's not-so-good news. The good news is, we're aware of this issue and we're going to have it fixed in our next Update which will be released soon. The not-so-good news is, there aren't currently any workarounds outside of simply removing the quotation marks.
How soon is your deadline approaching?
My project is due by the 21st. Does that count as "soon"?
