I have a text entry that enables learners to enter their name. The problem is that their name is then appearing twice on other screens.
Is this a known fault? something I've done incorrectly? in previous drafts this wasn't happening, and doesn't seem to be happening for all learners (testers).

If their name is appearing on other screens, I assume you use a text block with a reference to that text variable. Any chance you duplicated this text block somehow?
Since this isn't happening with all learners, it can be difficult to pinpoint the cause of the issue. Are your learners viewing the content within an LMS and using a supported browser? Can you tell if the learners who are seeing this issue are using the same browser?
