It's the first time this happens to me. I had created a text entry box and when I fill all the aviable space the whole box starts to move, every line I add to the entry box, the box goes up one line. This happens when I test it in preview or publish. This is not a essay slide, it's a normal entry box in a normal slide.
I share to you a quick Drive video. The entry text size box is the white zone, so it's not transparent as you will see.
Thanks so much for sharing your file with us. I'm seeing the same thing on my side, and it looks to be a Storyline bug. As Michael shared, setting the vertical alignment to Top will fix the issue until we get this bug sorted out.
Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention!

Hi Llorinder,
Thanks for the video! Can you also let me know what version of Storyline you're using and where you're viewing the published output?
It would help if I could take a look at the .story file as well. You can upload it here using the Add Attachment button!
My SL3 version is 5:3.516548.0
I'm viewing the published output by localhost, this happens also with SL preview.
Also, I leave here the .story file.
This seems to be an issue with the vertical text alignment. If I select Align Text > Top, it works as expected. I'm on SL360.
It works, but I looks kinda bad :) I would like to see an alternative to this while I'm working in my project.
Thank you Michael.
I tried it but the result is worst.
The second image appeared when switching application or browser tabs.
