Text entry box slides is going gray for users

Hi Christina,

It's hard to tell without your file, but I have seen something similar and the user's screen recording had been remove from the end of the slide and was disappearing after the hint for the text entry appeared. Are you able to share your .story file here with us?

Thanks for your response.. its the second option - i turned the button Red

I am unable to attach the file??  it keeps giving me an error??  is there another location for me to attach the file?

If I am remembering Christina's file correctly, there was a part of her screen recording that had been removed from the timeline and therefore was disappearing. If you're able to share your .story file here with us we'll be happy to take a look, and please share a bit more about what you're experiencing.
