Every time I try to use text entry boxes in Storyline, the preview/published text entry area is completely off from what is shown in the .story file (looks fine in the working file, then the actual text entry space is on a completely different part of the screen on publish)
Also, it's impossible to change the default text entry font- it just ignores any changes.
Removed the marker and the file loaded.I see what you mean. I haven't seen that happen before with input boxes.
It appears to be a problem with the modern playing and scaling of the content. If you grab the corner of the window and start to scale it down, it appears to correct itself.
I saw somebody else having similar issues with the modern player and the size of the content window. This looks related and appear to be a bug. I would recommend logging a case and using the file you provided her as an example.

There appears to be a problem with the file that has been uploaded. I cannot get the text field slide to load at all in preview or published output.
