Text entry doesn't set value when user click the button on mobile device

Hi eLearning heros,

I created a training where the learners need to enter their name on the first slide. If they don't, they will see a warning sign to remind them to enter their name. This works perfectly on desktops, but it doesn't work on mobile device. I found a thread that discussed this problem, but for some reason I can't reply so I have to create a new discussion. (sorry!)

Someone provided a solution of JAVA Script in the thread and I followed the instruction but unfortunately it did not work for me. I don't have any JAVA Script skills and not really sure what I can do with the code. I am wondering if anyone here can help me out...

I published the training on Review 360 and if you test it with mobile device, when you click the button after enter your name, the warning sign will show up. The text entry doesn't recognise the text unless people close their keyboard on the phone before they tap the button.

I was able to replicate the issue with the link you provided, and also after republishing to Review 360 using Storyline's latest version (Build 3.54.25674.0), so I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf. You should hear from our team soon via e-mail.

I wanted to share that we are no longer seeing this bug, Text Entry will not Set if the Trigger jump to slide is attached on Shape object viewed in iPad/iOS/Andoid devices, in our latest version of Storyline 360.
