Text Entry - Evaluation of multiple fields with variable answer options driven by previous entries
Dec 20, 2018
Hello! I want to have an interactive slide to test our learners' knowledge of our core values. The slide should contain 6 fill-in-the-blank text entries. The answers for any of the fields come from a list (Innovative, Accountable, Care, Excellence, Competitive, Integrity). I don't want the users to be able to provide the same answer for all 6 fields and be "correct" so I can't just list the 6 answers as options for each entry field. I need accurate entries to be eliminated from the list of possible remaining correct answers.
For example:
Field1 - user enters "care" ... that is correct from (Innovative, Accountable, Care, Excellence, Competitive, Integrity)
Field2 - user enters "care"...that is not correct because they already entered that in the previous field, now only one of the remaining would be correct (Innovative, Accountable, Excellence, Competitive, Integrity)
And so on until they have made 5 entries.
How do I get started on this?

Hi Laura,
Have you taken a look at the built-in graded question options in Storyline 360?
Maybe a Word Bank will handle what you need to create:
I ultimately used word bank. It wasn't what I wanted but I was able to
shift my approach and get what I needed. Thank you.
