I have a scene that is lightboxed in Storyline 2, published to LMS and playing in html5. One of the slides being lightboxed has text entry that works fine in preview (and it worked fine in Storyline 1) but will not let user enter text. Any possible solutions or is this a bug?
You may find that a data-entry field doesn't have focus when you visit a slide in your published output. As a result, you have to click the data-entry field before you can begin typing in it. This is a known issue. See this article for more information.
