have you looked at the text box option settings - if that doesn't make a difference are you working on your local drive and do you have your display setting set to 96DPI?
Hi, Michael - I agree with Wendy and there are a few things we can check first to rule out some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline to address odd or erratic behavior.
Is your story size set very large? It may appear smaller than normal as the preview element can only be so large within the Storyline interface - but if your users are seeing it normally within the final publish environment, I wouldn't worry as much about it.
