Can you tell us a bit more about what is happening? Have you tested the content in SCORM Cloud? If you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud, please share your .story file for us to take a look.
When deploying the content thru our LMS and when people are using Ipad/iPhone to watch....any time there is a text entry field is clicked in the ipad keyboard appears and disappears quickly. The Try again and then the incorrect layers appear. See attached. I think this has something to do with the triggers here (potentially the out of focus details).
Hi Heather! Thanks for sharing your file and allowing me to take a look. I do see the behavior you reported viewing on the iPad. I think you are correct and is due to the 'control losing focus' when the keyboard pops up. I see where we have a similar issue reported and open with our QA Team so I will be sharing this with them to take a closer look. The only workaround that I see mentioned is utilizing a Fill in the Blank question slide instead.
I did some testing with this idea and it seems to be working as long as I write the trigger to accept anything in the field. When I try to type in the fill in the blank area on the ipad the ipad keyboard does not put any actual letters in the blank. It appears that storyline interaction is not recognizing the input from the ipad keyboard.
Thanks for letting me know. Would you be able to share your .story file for me to take a look (just let me know the slide number)? Even a sample file with the slide would be helpful. Thanks :)

Perhaps I'm not understanding what issue you are experiencing. I published your course, which you can find here, and it seems to be working as expected:
When you test on ipad or iphone, when you click on the third textfiled, keyboard appaears and disparreas immédiately The olnly way to fill in correctly the form is to begin with the first filed and then use arrows to go down in other field
Thanks for sharing the link to your test slide. I tested on an iPad and an iPhone, both with iOS 12. Here's a quick summary of what I saw.
iPad iOS 12 (screen recording here): I was able to tap in any text entry field and type a response without the keyboard disappearing.
iPhone iOS 12 (screen recording here): I did see an issue when tapping inside the text entry fields. As you can see in that screen recording, the keyboard would disappear, and the cursor would immediately jump to the next field.
Our team is looking into this issue on iPhones, and I'll keep you up-to-date on our progress.
Since you're also seeing the problem on your iPad, what iOS are you using? Also, what version and update of Storyline did you use to publish the slide?
Thanks for your quick answer ;-) I appreciate that.
I' m on iOs 12 on ipad and iphone (12.0 on pad et 12.0.1 on iphone) Latest version of storyline 360 (3.20.16814.0)
Your test on ipad is ok but try this in landscape mode > click in the third field and you will see the keyboard appaears and disappears... very blocking
Our team is hard at work on a fix, and are treating it as a priority. Right now the timeline for this solution is a moving target, as the team will be continuously testing to ensure it works as it should.
You're in the right place, and we'll share all the updates with you as soon as we can. Scout's honor!
I'm happy to report that we released Update 22 to Storyline 360 today, which includes:
Fixed: On mobile devices, the on-screen keyboard wouldn't always appear when tapping a text-entry field. In some cases, the keyboard would appear briefly, then disappear.
You can check out all the details on the latest release right here.
I am wondering if this problem will also be pushed out for an update in SL3? I am trying to create a Test for an application fast track and it works on the PC's, Tablets but on iPhone's I have the problem where you click in a text entry field and it will jump to a different field.
I need to get this up and running ASAP or I am going to have to rebuild the whole project in a different piece of software altogether which I would like to prevent as I enjoy working with SL.
So sorry for the trouble this is causing you! We do plan to fix this issue in the next update of Storyline 3. I don't have an ETA on that release date just yet, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we know more.

Hello.
Regarding this discussion: do we have any solution?
I am having the same problem now on iPad 10.3.2/10.3.3.
Thanks.
Hi Félix and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
This thread is a bit dated. Could you share what version of Storyline you are using when you experience an issue?
Hello.
I'm using Storyline 360.
Hi Félix!
Thank you for that information.
We did have an issue reported for Storyline 360, but we do show this as fixed/corrected in the latest version.
Could you be sure that you are using the latest version, instructions here, and let us know your findings.
Hello.
Thank you for your answer.
I did the last update in the last ten days, so I think this is not the problem.
Thanks for letting me know. Would you be able to share your .story file for me to take a look (just let me know the slide number)? Even a sample file with the slide would be helpful. Thanks :)

When you test on ipad or iphone, when you click on the third textfiled, keyboard appaears and disparreas immédiately
The olnly way to fill in correctly the form is to begin with the first filed and then use arrows to go down in other field

You're right, Alexis! I did see the issue when I tested in Landscape mode. Here's a screen recording.
I'll be sure to share this with my team, as it seems to be affecting iPhones and iPads in landscape mode.
Hello,
There is a new relaese of 360 but no update about ipad bug.
Have you some news to fix that?

Thanks Alyssa.
For now I have got round it by downloading a trial version of 360 and opened my SL3 file and published it and that so far has done the job.
Hopefully the SL3 update will be pushed out before that trial expires.
Great news, Aaron!
Update 6 for Storyline 3 is live – check out all the goodies here! 🎁
One of the fixes addresses the issue that happened on mobile devices where the text entry field would lose focus, and the keyboard would disappear.
Here's how you can update Storyline 3 to see everything this version has to offer. Let us know what you think!
Hi Katie,
Great news! Thank you for the update, will get testing :)
