I have built a course quiz simulation. For the Review Quiz slides that are text entry it was showing the Greenshot image with all the green lines and possible correct answers, which I do not want shown.
I played around with adding a review layer, the Post QR image, but they still display. How do I not have these display in review?
No. I want them to view that. However, for text entry fields I don't want all correct options displaying with those green check marks, as shown in the images attached in my first post.

Are you looking to remove the option of displaying the correct/incorrect responses during review?
Check out this documentation on editing those result slide properties.

In order for that to not display, you will have to turn that feature off via options of the Results slide.
You can still allow the user to review the quiz, but if you do not want the correct answers listed, you will have to uncheck that feature.
