Is there a way to use text entry fields as part of a trigger in such a way that I want an action on a shape IF the text entry fields are completed.
There is no right or wrong answers, they're just required. Each text entry must have something (anything) in it, for the user to click on the shape to continue (like a contact form).
If I understood your question, then yes you can. You only need to add a condition to the trigger containing the action similar to: If textentry is not equal to {blank}.
