I have created a text-entry question in Storyline 360 but, when I see it on iPad, the enter button doesn´t work (I don't want to use the Submit button of Storyline). Because of that, the exercise doesn't send the interaction.
However, I have tried to make the same with Storyline 2 and it works correctly.
I've just tested the Graded fill in the blank and Freeform Text Entry quiz slides both with 'press enter' key to submit interaction.
Tested on ipad running IOS 10.2 and clicking the 'return' key on the ipad - both are functioning as expected. The result slide shows that both questions have been answered and reports correctly.
I've checked your file and it works correctly on my iPad. However, I've tried to make it by myself again and the result is still wrong (you have a file attached for your checking).

your file does not work because your trigger is set on the object and not on the slide - try updating it and let me know how you go.
