I had an error with scrambled text on an LMS published course. It tested fine in IE and Chrome for me, and the error was corrected when the user closed the course and relaunched. I am told this is not a known issue and has not happened before, but it happened on 2 separate interaction slides for the same user. Any ideas on why it could be showing up this way?
Hi, Shardea -- Have you tested your published output for this behavior in the SCORM Cloud, as it is the LMS industry standard for testing? Also, could you please double check a few things for me to rule out the causes of some common issues?
Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
