I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I've created an activity with blank text fields where I would like the learner to type answers. When I try to view this on a mac, the cursor blinks but I cannot enter anything with my keyboard. It seems to work fine on a pc.
I was able to test the functionality you mentioned in the link you provided on a Mac, and it worked properly for me. Could you please check out this info on System Requirements? Hope that helps, and if issues persist, you are always welcome to share your file here and we can take a look for you.
Thanks for your reply. I was hoping this was only happening on my home computer but I just tried it again on a different mac and it does the same thing.
When the story first launches and the learner tries to enter information in one of the text entry fields it is not possible to type anything using the keyboard unless you click somewhere outside the story first. (like in the search bar) Then the cursor will become active.
I have no idea how to fix this or what might be causing it.
Odd. Worked perfectly as I think you designed it. Just launched on MacBookPro in Safari. Clicked several yellow dots and was able to type in an answer with no problem.

Okay, so this only happens when using firefox on a mac. It's a browser issue.
Well there you have it. Firefox is the culprit...again. Woe is us trying to keep up with browser wars.
Glad to hear you've nailed down the issue, Patricia! Thanks for your input, Kevin. :)
