I have been getting feedback from a client that some images are appearing fuzzy, even though they are high resolution images purchased from a paid image sourcing site. Also, when I set image in shapes or text boxes sometimes the wrap function turns off and the shapes/text stretch outside the slide border. There are even some times when I will view text on the slide but in the preview the wrapping is turned off, or I will save and close and when I re-open the text wrap is off.
Am I CRAZY, or has someone else experienced this? I wonder if there is something I'm missing.
As for the image and text wrapping issues you're seeing, I think we'd want to take a look at the .story file. I'd also want to confirm that you were working on local project files as detailed here.

Hi Shardae,
When you're viewing the published output, are you viewing it within the intended publish environment? Have you set the course player or browser to scale? That could be changing the images overall appearance and resolution. If it's specific to you viewing the HTML5 content, that is connected to how the images aren't vectored in HTML5 output.
