I have created a caption with text in it. The text is not bold, however when previewing the slide it is bold. How can I remove the bold. I've tried copying another caption that isn't bold, but it changes to bold as soon as I preview it. The B is not selected when editing the text. I'm using the latest update of Storyline 2.
Is it bold or are you seeing the "shadow" applied to it? The shadow appears as a default for adding text in captions, but you are able to remove it. If you're still having difficulty you'll want to confirm you're working on local project files as described here and then we'd be happy to take a look at the .story file to see how it behaves.
