Hoping someone can help me. When testing my Storyline unit after publishing, I am unable to use the back space to correct text in the data entry box that was built for text replies to questions on the slide.
There are no 'actions' or 'triggers' associated with the data box at this point.
Thank you so much for the quick reply - and indeed, I am publishing to CD as a final check of the unit before moving it to our LMS. This is just one more thing to LOVE about Articulate products - the amazing, accurate and rapid support from staff and community members.

There is a known issue where backspace doesn't work when published for CD under the conditions mentioned. How are you publishing your course?
If you've published for web or LMS, you'll also want to confirm you're testing it within the intended environment by loading it to the web server or LMS.
