Hi Brajesh and welcome to Heroes!

Are you able to share your .story file with us by sending along here? That way we'll be able to test and see if we can replicate the blurriness you're describing.  When you submit your file, please let us know the conditions under which you're testing the published output.

Hi Alyssa,

We are using Storyline 2

We have published to both, HTML seems to be slightly better. We have adjusted our settings which has help a tiny bit but still not to a quality to really engage our learners.

We are viewing it as a preview so far but have also published it on the LMS and have the same problem.

Any help, tips, advice would be good.

I have noticed through the forum that a lot of people have had the same problem with the screen becoming too small to read and the text being too blurry, especially for a screen recording. I understand storyline will be ok for a eLearning package as you build it yourself. We are having the problem with the screen captures, learners not being able to read the text.

Many thanks
Dawn
