text quiz

Hi Everyone

 

I've seen a fantastic time management quiz in the articulate showcase 'Are you busy?' on http://www.articulate.com/products/storyline-showcase.php  

I would love to build one like it for a project I'm doing but I have no idea where to start as I have previously only used the ready made quizzes without text answers.

 

Any help from the experts out there would be appreciated!
