Q2: I have thought about this for another project and yes it is.
They would select their language from the start of the training. Or at any point really.
When they select a language have a trigger set a userLanguage variable.
Then have an audio file for each of the choices you want to offer on each slide. You would add the audio through the text to speech option in the insert audio button.
When you need audio to play you set a trigger to play the audio based on the userLanaguge variable. This will likely be one variable for each language option.
