Are there any tutorials on how to modify the speech? It seems as if you can change inflection depending on how you compose the text (such as add exclamation points for emphasis).
If you want to tweak the voices, you can try using Polly on Amazon. They offer a customization feature. Here's an article I posted a while back on how to get Polly. .

There are some tips outlined in our User Guide here on Text to Speech in Storyline. You'll also find a great article on Top Tips for using Text to Speech and some neat examples in this E-Learning Heroes Challenge. The goat soundboard is by far my favorite! 🐐
