I've been using Matthew for my text to speech, for several training courses. He seems to have a difficult time pronouncing the word "Twine." He keeps saying "Twang." The training is on crop packaging which uses the word Twine, several times. Twang - is not going to work. Any suggestions?
To start, I'd review some of the tips outlined in our User Guide here on Text to Speech in Storyline. You'll also find a great article on Top Tips for using Text to Speech. It's often something you could resolve by spelling it out phonetically
Also, we had a recent E-Learning Heroes Challenge all on Text to Speech - so you may want to peruse those for other ideas or examples. The goat soundboard is by far my favorite! 🐐
If you want to tweak the voices, you can try using Polly on Amazon. They offer a customization feature. Here's an article I posted a while back on how to get Polly. .
