I'm not sure if that's what you're asking about, but there is a trigger option that lets you change the state of an object (or change the value of a variable) when media <audio file name> completes.

No, that's not possible because Storyline TTS audio files are static, aka 'not generated on the fly' to include dynamic variable values.

E.G. to change a status when the speaker ends
