Hi Karel!

Happy to help you solve this. Can you help me with a few more details?

  • Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.26.18601.0 in the bottom-right corner.
  • In what web browser were you viewing the Review 360 content?
  • Is the audio on the first slide of the course, or on another slide?

Thanks, Karel!

I have a hunch that Chrome's new media autoplay policy is interfering with your text-to-speech audio. Chrome is looking for the learner to "click" something before it will automatically play audio or video.

Does the first slide automatically jump to the next slide, or does the learner have to click the Next button?

If the first slide automatically jumps to the next slide, try using the Next button instead, and let me know if that makes a difference.
