Text to speech output not working through mobile speakers

Is it only the text to speech audio, or all audio in your course?

Did you check the side mute toggle for your iOS devices? That'll control the external speaker to silence it, whereas that won't impact a headphone jack (seems that Apple assumes if you've plugged into the headphone you want to hear the audio). This experience may also vary by site where they'd ignore the mute/silence toggle within iOS and still play the audio.

It's only text to Speech I'm using. It was the devices being turned to silent. Is there a way around this? It's not a major thing, but would be ideal as I can imagine the amount of clients who would complain it's not working.

You can add a slide that says this courses uses audio, you cannot override the device 

Is there no way of having it play despite the device being on silent? I'm just thinking of the various video hosting sites and social media, that play them despite what state the device is in
