Text-To-Speech pronunciation by the speech agent named Matthew

Can anyone advise on how to get the speech agent, Matthew, to pronounce "capias" correctly?

I tried spelling it like Cape E is.  It's better than the original pronunciation because it gets him to use the long A.  However, the stakeholder is not yet satisfied.  Can anyone help?
