I have been working replacing TTS text with other audio all day. Now, all of the sudden, when I try to access the TTS text, I get a message that says I'm offline. This was working literally five minutes ago.
Now I cannot access TTS text at all, though I can insert library content, or anything else, as well as access all of Articulate's other web services. I am logged in, and everything.
I'm sorry to hear this error is appearing in our Text-To-Speech tool! We're aware of the issue and actively working on it.
While I don't currently have an ETA on a fix, you can subscribe on our status page to be notified when it's ready to go. Apologies again for the trouble this is causing!

I'm having the exact same problem. Just started giving the "off line" message within the last 30 minutes.
I just started having this problem also. I restarted my computer, logged out of Articulate 360 and back in. Still not working.
I'm using: Storyline 360 Build 3.47.23871.0
