the text within the text box changes from one state to another. However, when the text is longer, it cannot be viewed. If the text box was not within a state, I would put it in a scroll panel but the state does not allow me to use a scroll panel. What can I do to see the full text?
I'm not sure I"m entirely clear on how you're set up to show the additional text and how it's displaying. Are you able to look at changing the text box properties to wrap or shrink the text if it's longer than the original so that it'll fit within the text box? If instead of a state - what about adding a layer that will be shown when the user needs to accessing that additional text? The layer could have the same look and feel - or you could look at using the scrolling panel on a layer.
If you're still having difficulty or unsure about these ideas are you able to share the .story file here with us so that we can take a look at what you've set up and offer more specific recommendations based on that?
Hi, Danielle -- Thanks for reaching out! Would it be possible for us to take a look at your file? If you would prefer to share privately, here is the form you'd need to send that along for review. :)
Just sent it. Someone else also responded to my original question (Ashley). I was wondering if Ashley also sees the file. Am I to respond to Ashley as well? Not sure how this works.
Thank you for your reply! I uploaded the file. Someone else also responded (Christie.) Not sure how this process works. Will you both see the file and respond? How does this works?
Hi, Danielle -- Thanks for your reply, and since you've shared the file privately via the link provided, either Ashley or I would be able to grab your case, but I will just go ahead and do so to get the ball rolling. :)
I'll take a look at soon as possible, and will reply from within your case via email with my findings. Your patience is appreciated!

Hi Danielle,
No worries - Christie and I work together, so we'll be able to touch base if there are any questions :)
