Text wrapping Issue

I did some maintenance on a course this week in SL2 - updated a document in the Resources was all. When I preview the course (or publish to CD) to ensure everything is good to go before uploading to our LMS, the text in some rollovers, text boxes, and even in some .png images is overflowing/wrapping to the next line.
What makes this all the more frustrating is that it happens when I run it. Another coworker tried it and only some of the strange text issues happened for her. A third coworker tried it and the text was fine.
Can anyone help me with the cause of this glitch?

Hi Ruth,
My first thoughts if you're all accessing the same .story file and/or the same published presentation are to first check that the file is saved locally and being opened locally vs. from a network or shared drive. If you need to back up and share the file that way, that's entirely ok - just advise folks to download the file and then open it.
Next, do you all have the same DPI setting while viewing the .story file? Viewing it with different settings could change where things are displayed and how they look on the slide stage and in preview.
If you're all seeing different things in publish, are you all using the same browser and version to view the published output?
