The 2-Hour Compliance Conundrum - HELP!

Greetings colleagues and gurus! I'm sending up the rescue flair here with what seems like a simple ask, but one that has me stumped. I'm simply trying to create a condition in my Storyline 3 (360) course that makes it so the Learner can't complete it until 120 minutes has elapsed.

I've tried the built in timer function but what I'm running into is that once the timer has elapsed, no matter where the Learner is in the course, he/she is met with a pop-up congratulatory prompt and a free 'click here now' ticket to the last slide. From what I understand the pop-up is fixed, and can't be disabled. It would work fine (for my purposes) if that could be disabled and at the 120 minute mark something more subtle happened, like the exit button at the end become clickable. I've scoured the forums and virtual shelves of this community and found a few timer related posts but nothing specifically for what I'm trying to do.
