The Angstrom Symbol
Jan 13, 2021
Hello,
This might be a long shot, but I would like to try and add the Angstrom symbol after each one of my atomic radius values in my project. I do not have a keypad with a numpad (I use a mechanical keyboard) but I'm not sure if that will be an issue or not.
- If you know the code for the Angstrom symbol on a specific font, then I can try it, but it has to work using just the number row on a keyboard.
- Alternatively, if you happen to know which font under the Symbol menu will simply let me insert the Angstrom symbol, that would be great as well. Thank you!

If you are on Windows, Character Map has it in the list of characters for most fonts. In Arial, it is 23 rows down, in the first column. You can click on it, click the [Select] button, then the [Copy] button. From there, you can paste the symbol into any open document.
In HTML code, use Å or Å to display Angstrom.

I found it in the first column, seventh row, but thank you very much for pointing me to Arial; that's what takes forever-finding the right font. There's just too many fonts to search sometimes.
