The Articulate Mobile app black screen of death

The articulate mobile app not only does not work, there have been no attempts of an update in over a year. This product, if executed in a manner which works, would be absolutely brilliant.

Hi Joel,

Uh oh! What iOS or Android version are you running on your tablet? I know that some folks with Android 8.0 have run into trouble and our team is looking into that.

Also, if you're using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360, have you looked at the responsive player? It provides a great experience on all mobile devices and your learners won't need to install a separate app to access content.
