Hi there Andrew! Thanks for including the screenshot - I can definitely see the issue you describe. How are you viewing your published output? We recommend that you upload it to the environment for which it was published.
I am publishing it as an LMS and the screen shot above is the view from the LMS. When viewing it in preview mode it is not a problem. I did not check the HTML5 box, so I must be viewing it as a flash (please correct me if I am wrong). Hope this information helps if you need me to clarify please let me know.
Thanks for those additional details, Andrew. Would you mind sharing that slide so that I can also test it on my end? If the slide has sensitive information, you can certainly remove it. All we really need to test are the buttons.
You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
Some of the buttons were fixed simply by increasing the size. Some of the buttons I completely replaced and that seemed to fix them. Do you by any chance know why this worked.
Hi Andrew! Have you done any comparison testing (via SCORM Cloud) to see if the issue is due to the course or limited to your LMS? You can review the directions here to help you go through that testing.

Also, are you viewing with HTML5 or Flash?
