It looks like you are missing the default triggers for the back and next buttons in the player. Add triggers for each button to each slide, that look like this:
Thanks for sharing your file! I can see that your custom buttons aren't working, even though you have the correct "Jump to next slide" trigger set up. It looks like the arrow on top of the button is blocking the learner from clicking the button.
Instead of using an arrow, could you use an arrow icon within the button? Here's how:
