The case of the missing arrows - bug report

I have 5 arrows appearing in sequence that seem to dissappear when published! I am adding 9 language versions and in Japanese it is being very stubborn and will not show any. Prior in Chinese, I had two when published to a web version and 5 when published as an LMS version.
I rebooted the computer, tried different browsers, nothing works at this point.
I published the English and Chinese versions with no problems today before this.
I believe we have a bug that needs to be crushed.

I followed Ashley's recomendation to remove the Japanese text in the title for publishing and also published it from my C drive. Now they appear as they should. This seems really hard to imagine how they are related. I would still call it a bug.
Hi Rick,
Thanks for sharing this here, but I don't know if you have seen my most recent reply in this thread to Marianne so I wanted to share it here.
It sounds like you got it working following the advice I shared, but if you'd like us to test your file further please feel free to share it with our Support team here.
I just updated and am having the same issue now - arrows disappearing in preview and review published mode. Please help!
Hi Lily,
This discussion is a bit older, but I think you've run into a recent issue where Update 17 of Storyline 360 caused an issue where Straight arrows won't display in preview or when viewing the published output. Not to worry, our team spotted this too with the help of a few customers so we're working on a fix now!
I'll let you know here as soon as it's ready. In the meantime, removing those arrows should fix up your file or our Support team can send you a link to roll back to Update 16.
Same problem here. Please keep me informed. Any idea how long the fix will take?
Great, I will contact the support team (need to get a course out!) Thank you!
Hi Laura and Lily,
I don't yet have an ETA on the fix, but our team has been heads down on this issue so as soon as we have an update I'll let you know!
In the meantime, if you need to roll back to an earlier update especially if you're on a tight deadline, please follow these steps:
Hi all,
We released a fix late on Friday for the issues encountered in this discussion and a few others. You'll find the Storyline release notes are updated and you can download the latest update from the Articulate 360 Desktop application.
I've also removed the previously shared link to roll back to Update 16.
Let us know if you need anything else!
