The client's LMS asks for Flash in an HTML5 SCORM

Hi there,

I had never this before, the thing is that my client is testing a prototype I developed in Storyline 2 and published as HTML5 only, but when it comes to open the course in the LMS, it shows a message that says "Click here to use Flash". I attach the screenshot.

Any clues on what to do to solve this?
