The content does not continue on the page where the student left it

Good Morning:

A couple of years ago I worked with Articulate Storyline and I had never had this problem before. I currently work with the 360 ​​version and I have just finished a content, I publish in SCORM format and I upload it to my LMS platform, which is Moodle. The content has 28 pages, from page 1 to 13 if I leave the content and re-enter saves my progress correctly, however from page 13, whenever I leave and return to enter the content I return to it 13. I have tried everything that has occurred to me: to mount the content in a new file, publish it from a trial version, try another player, separating the pages in scenes ... but nothing worked.

I created another content without animations or variables with the same number of pages and I did the same test and everything worked correctly.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Did something similar happen to you? Do you know if any animation and / or variable give problems and because of this the progress is not saved correctly?

I would greatly appreciate any help, and I am open to answer any questions that may bring me closer to a possible solution.
