I was publishing all of the lessons I have created (around 400+) and I was doing this for a week then suddenly the errors pops out when I publish, and when I to publish other lesson error still pops out..
are you publishing from your local drive and not a network drive? This error sometimes occurs if you are not working locally or if you have been downloading from a network or dropbox folder and the file hasn't completely downloaded.
Looks like some users have popped in to assist you here. If you are working locally, as Wendy shared above, and still having difficulty, then I would advise a repair of your software.
Just let us know if you need anything further or you are welcome to reach out to our support team here.
Hi Teejay! Did you attempt to repair your software as shared above? I shared the link for the repair and the link to contact our support team directly so that you can get some assistance.

StoryLine has memory management problems. I've sometimes solved this particular one by turning computer off entirely. Restarting doesn't help.
Thank you for the reply.
I have tried that many times but does not work for me.

Thank you all for the reply. I am working locally ever since, and upload the published lesson to my site.
