The generated output not getting launched in other systems

Hello eLearning experts,

Recently I have generated couple of articulate storyline out put in version 2. After that i have sent accross that to one of my team partner, who sits in other location. Unfortunately, the outputs are not getting launched. It stops in loading page. I did check the version of Internet Explorer in which both he is trying to load. Its same as mine. After that i did check in generating in HTML 5 and CD version. But, its the same. But in html 5 out put, when i launch html5 story file, the fonts and button styles are different than that of i set while developing. However, my main concentration is that the generated out put in my system should also get loaded in the other system.

Could anyone help me to resolve this issue.
