I have been trying to publish a course in Storyline and after publishing in the "Publish Successful" dialog box when I click on View Project button it displays a web page with a Launch button in Internet Explorer 11.0.9600. When I click on that button nothing happens.
When testing locally, the script behind the launch button is probably blocked by your browser's security settings. Upload your content to some server and test again. I don't know if you intended to have a launch button, you can always turn it off as described here under 'Launching the course in a new window'.
As Michael mentioned you'll want to test within the intended publish environment to ensure you don't encounter this security restrictions. There are a few free web server options in this article and if you'll be publishing for LMS you could also test at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
