An client recently sent us this image of an end-user taking an assessment we created where the letter "g" is displaying as a girl emoji, asking us to problem solve. I think it is likely a setting on the end-user's tablet. I cannot replicate in testing on my end and the assessments had previously been QA'd several times and this issue never showed up. The assessment is loaded in Litmos LMS. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what the learner is experiencing.
It does look like it may be tablet-specific. On an Apple device, for instance, this can be set-up via 'Text Replacement'.
Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement:
Hopefully, this helps the learner get closer to the culprit.
