I am using the trial version of Storyline 3 and training myself. When I add a layer, the base layer disappears and I see a black background. I did an online search and tried all the advice but nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm having a little trouble recreating what you're describing, so I'll need your help.
Do you see the same behavior when adding Layers in a new Storyline project?
Is the black background result happening on all slides or a particular one?
Do the Base Layers have a color, pattern, or picture as the background?
